College Scholars Program

The College Scholars program is an extension of our Educational Opportunities program that supports capable and motivated youth and young adults in their pursuit of a higher education.

During the 2024-2025 academic year, 39 motivated Cabbage Patch Scholars received $281,000* in scholarships that help bridge the financial gap often created after student loans and grants have been applied toward college tuition, housing, fees and expenses. Personal attention and support are provided to each Cabbage Patch College Scholar throughout their college career, greatly increasing their likelihood of graduation.

*This includes funding from the Mackin Family Foundation and the Carl Pollard Scholarship at the University of Louisville.
