Six sweet little girls from The Cabbage Patch got a special treat on October 27, 2012 when the Kentucky Opera invited them to be guests at a Cinderella Tea Party at the Brown Hotel.
“Did you see me dance?!” exclaimed one little girl after waltzing with Prince Charming on the dance floor. “It’s like I really am a princess!”
During the day, the girls made Fairy Godmother wands and picture frames, learned to waltz, and listened to opera sung by Cinderella herself! Afterward, the girls were escorted to a lunch, where they enjoyed tea sandwiches, hot drinks, and french pastries.
